Returns Policy

We always hope that you are happy with your purchase with JnK Interiors. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange (if available). Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

​

All Returns must be reported to us either by email or writing within 14 days of receiving your order. This is from date of receiving your order and not date of purchase, as we do understand that deliveries can take longer depending on locations. All items must be in new and unused condition, with original tags (if applied) and re-packaged for safe return.

RETURN PROCESS

​

To Return an item, Please Email customer service at Inreriorsbyjnk@gmail.com to obtain return Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA). After receiving a RMA number, please package the item well or use original packaging if possible ready for courier return or collection. Please label the item with the following information

REFUNDS

​

After receiving your return and inspected the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 2 working days from receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed which your funds will be returned to your original payment method. We have the rights to reject a refund if the item is damaged within returning your item in transport - Please make sure that your carrier has sufficient insurance in place.

EXCEPTIONS

​

We do not cover transit damage with customers own arranged couriers or own collections. We only cover transit damage with our own arranged courier service that has been booked through us.

We will only cover return courier costs if the item is faulty, damaged or an error occurred on our side

We do not cover return courier costs for change of mind, wrong size ordered or access issues to your property, so please check before placing an order with us.
